Individual insurance claims may involve multiple direct parties and an overwhelming number of regulators, contractors, subcontractors, and other indirect parties. It has been our experience that this process is streamlined through the use of one single point of communication to prevent separate parties from communicating with each other (a contractor can over-run costs by talking the claimant into services that are not necessary).
