Jeffrey E. Wynn
Senior Environmental Scientist
Mr. Wynn is currently a Senior Environmental Scientist for Patriot Environmental Management, LLC. His general responsibilities include proposal writing, development and implementation of project scopes-of-work, project management, and communications with state and federal agencies.
Experience:
Mr. Wynn has over four years of direct experience within the environmental industry and over six years of contracting experience. The majority of this experience has been performed at the level of Environmental Scientist, responsible for the performance of all project activities and supervision of subcontracted work activities. His expertise includes:
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments conducted prior to property transactions
in accordance with ASTM Standard: E1527-00.
- Implementation, execution, and oversight of soil and groundwater
investigations for sites located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
- Site characterizations and remediation in accordance with removal and
closure activities at regulated storage tank facilities in Pennsylvania
and New York.
- Water supply development, well logging, subcontractor management,
and aquifer testing, analysis, and evaluation.
- Data Evaluation, report preparation and agency communication.
- Installation, operation, and maintenance of soil and groundwater
remediation systems.
- Field oversight and regulatory support for the closure of aboveground
and underground storage tanks in accordance with Pennsylvania Department
of Environmental Protection regulations.
- Implementation of soil and groundwater sampling techniques and methods.
Key Projects:
- Managed and directed soil and groundwater investigations under Pennsylvania’s
Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2).
- Performed
site characterization, monitoring of soil and groundwater, and remediation
activities at various petroleum facilities in Pennsylvania.
- Performed initial
response, monitoring, and remediation of several residential heating oil
tank releases.
- Performed site investigation activities to characterize,
and evaluate remedial activities at a petroleum facility in York, Pennsylvania.
These activities included: soil and groundwater investigation and low-flow
groundwater sampling.
